BET Awards 2020

The BET Awards was looking to set the visual language for their 2020 award season. I came up with a design direction that gave motion and editing plenty of room for kinetic expression.

Hear to Slay

Luminary commissioned brand explorations for the debut of Roxane Gay and Tressie McMillan Cottom podcast: Hear To Slay. I explored a few options for their logo and included a palette, type sheet, photo treatments, and secondary elements in a brand kit.

Reaction Commerce

Reaction Commerce needed editorial illustrations for their developer-led blog. I created a cohesive illustration direction in line with their existing branding.

Watchable

Comcast was looking to launch their own video streaming platform. I animated idents to distinguish Watchable from the mix, oversaw voiceover on a TV spot, and art directed social content.
